Shaun Jones

Shaun Jones is a Senior Advisor with Altus Group based in Calgary, working alongside their Development Advisory and Valuation teams across the Country. Over the years he has provided guidance and support to many public and private sector city shaping projects. Shaun has also been active in the affordable housing sector, sitting on various boards and committees over the years, helping to deliver much needed affordable housing to communities across Canada.

He has worked closely with the Province of Alberta’s ministry of Seniors and Housing, (now Seniors, Community and Social Services), in co-hosting workshops, and has presented at multiple real estate forums and industry events on development and planning initiatives. He has also co-chaired the Community Housing Affordability Collective in Calgary and was a member of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Planning Research Advisory Committee.
